Ballroom was born from my desire to allow artists to meet the most talented professionals of the creative industries and offer them the best tailor-made advice and support
From childhood when I used to literally surf on my father's vinyl records, to my teenage years when I formed my first band as a singer, songwriter and composer Music has always been my everything.
Very early I had the urge to go through the other side of the mirror to understandthe backstage of Music Industry, first to better promote my own projects but also to put my vision and skills at the service of artists, whose work and passion I respect more than anything.
After 18 years experience in the Music Industry in strategic marketing, innovation and creative positions, I have acquired a wide spectrum of skills, especially in the field of Direct to fans.
Because an artist could not exist without the support of its fans, it has become essential today to know how to finely identify and analyze a core fanbase, to offer them innovative products, organize the experiences they deserve and be able to go even beyond their expectations, while never betraying the artists' values.

I worked for 3 years in Because Music, one of the biggest 360° indie label in Europe. I can work with Majors because I know their reality pretty well after having spent 4 years at Universal Music France.
BALLROOM CAN ADVISE CREATIVE START-UPS
I contributed to the development of Difymusic, a service targeted for indie artists and which has now become the French reference of direct to fans and I'm an advisor for many music & tech projects.
