FOUNDER 

 Ballroom was born from my desire to allow artists to meet the most talented professionals of the creative industries and offer them the best tailor-made advice and support 

From my childhood (when I literally surfed on my father's vinyl records), through my teenage years when I set up my first musical projects as part of a band or solo, up to today, music has always been at the core of everything I do. Very early on, I had the irrepressible urge to go through the looking glass to understand what goes on behind the scenes in the music industry, first and foremost in concert organization (to better tour and promote my own projects), but above all to put my vision and skills at the service of artists whose work and passion I respect more than anything else. 
 

After more than 15 years' experience in the music industry on strategic marketing, innovation and creative missions for Because Music, Universal, start-ups and indie labels, I've acquired a wide range of skills, notably in the fields of stage coaching, career support and artist management, fanbase development and D2C / Direct to Fans strategies, Merch store and tour strategies and production...


Because an artist could not exist without the support of his fans, it has become essential today to know how to identify and analyze his audience and core fanbase, in order to offer innovative products, organize the experiences that fans expect and stay ahead of them, without ever betraying his core values as an artist. Have a strategy that resembles the artist.
In a nutshell: don't just follow trends without challenging them!

I'm an artist myself, and I've worked for local and international artists of renown (Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Metronomy, Woodkid, Booba, Angèle, The Weeknd, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Cerrone, Christine and the Queens...).

I worked for 3 years at Because Music, one of Europe's most 360° independent labels. I can also support major label projects, as I'm quite familiar with their reality, having spent 4 years at Universal Music France and been Label Manager of an independent label.

I contributed to the "from scratch" development of Difymusic, the French reference in direct to fans for independent artists, and I'm an advisor and consultant for a number of music and tech-related projects.
